Allegheny Echoes is proud to continue our association with the Town of Marlinton and the Marlinton Motor Inn for the 2014 edition of our workshops. The event will be held in the town and surrounding area of scenic and beautiful Pocahontas County.
First visited by settlers Jacob Marlin and Steven Sewell in the 1750s, Marlinton offers a quiet sense of history, quaint shops and country hospitality. Classes and activities will be centered at the Marlinton Motor Inn, but also will take place dowtown.
Within a five minute drive of the Motor Inn are: the 88-mile Greenbrier River Trailforhiking and biking, the Greenbrier River for swimming and canoeing, and theHighland Scenic Highway, which crosses some of the highest points in the state.
